The 2010 Epsilon Award were presented at the 2010 National BDPA Technology Conference Awards Gala on Saturday, July 31st to be held in Philadelphia, PA at the luxurious Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel. The recognition program was expanded this year. In addition to the overall Epsilon award that goes to the Top Company for Blacks in Technology, we will present Epsilon awards to the Top Company in each of the 4 categories as follows:
1) Tenure, Promotions and Terminations
2) Leadership Development and Advancement Programs
3) Supplier Diversity Programs
4) Community Outreach Programs
