Even in times of economic downturn, the demand for IT professionals at all levels continues to remain strong, especially for African Americans in IT. Companies have positions for college student interns, IT professionals, managers and executives that are specifically targeted for diversity candidates.

This is an OPEN forum where anyone may post Information Technology Job opportunities and anyone may retrieve and apply for employment. The job postings are expected to attract candidates nationally. Membership to this forum is OPEN to anyone, whether you are a BDPA member or not. Posting of messages (i.e. Job Opportunities) is OPEN to anyone, regardless of whether the employer is a BDPA member, supporter, sponsor or not.

BDPA encourages both those looking for jobs and those posting jobs to become involved and support BDPA. You may do so by visiting the home BDPA Career Center at http://www.bdpa.org/career-center.php. You stand to gain much more as a BDPA member or supporter.

For more information on the BDPA Career Center, please email careers@bdpa.org.

Join Us Live!

BDPA is reaching out to all Technology Job Seekers, HR Recruiters and Hiring Managers to join us live! at the BDPA Career Center, Career Planning Workshop, Career Fair and Technology Expo to be held at the 32nd annual BDPA Technology Conference in Philadelphia, PA on July 28-31, 2010.

The conference theme, "Access for All", is both timely and appropriate given President Obama's challenge to all Americans: "We need to invest in the skill and education of our people."
