Eileen has traveled nationally discussing the financial benefits of creating a C-Corporation and utilizing 401(k) retirement funds, tax-free and penalty-free, as equity in a new business venture.Eileen currently serves on the executive board of BDPA Philadelphia as Vice President of Strategy and Planning. Eileen also serves on the BDPA National Entrepreneurial Advisory Group and on the BDPA National Strategy and Planning Committee. Eileen holds an MBA from Penn State University in New Ventures and Entrepreneurial Studies and a BS in Business Management from St. Joseph’s University.
