Boyd Stephens, Founder
Boyd Stephens is the founder of UGMO Research, LLC and currently serves within the firm as a network systems administrator. For the last twenty-one years he has worked within some facet of information technology having designed and managed an array of network systems and services for educational, corporate and governmental entities.
Boyd is entering his eleventh year as a member of UGMO Research's management team where the company's areas of specialty revolve around various facets of internetworking which include network security, wireless based networks, and small scale WAN deployments. With his formal education being in the area of applied mathematics, Boyd has had to redouble his efforts in his quests to learn the intricacies of creating and managing a business and to fully embrace the entrepreneurial process. These efforts have been the source of immeasurable fulfillment both personally and professionally.
Milt Haynes, Founder
Blacks Gone Geek
Milt is a sought after motivational speaker, coach and mentor and has helped thousands advance their careers in IT. Milt Haynes is the founder of Blacks Gone Geek, a social networking initiative dedicated to promoting Blacks in Technology. Milt uses blogs, podcasts, wikis, Facebook groups, Yahoogroups and his web site, www.blacksgonegeek.org, to network with an online community of over 20,000 IT professionals.
Milt has been a BDPA (Black Data Processing Associates) member for over 17 years and has served as BDPA Chicago Chapter President and National BDPA President. Milt is currently the Chair of the BDPA Chicago Corporate Advisory Council. Milt has received over 17 awards and honors at the local chapter and National level including the most prestigious National BDPA Outstanding Chapter President Award, Outstanding Contributor Award, Member of the Year Award, Presidents Award, Service Award and the Spirit Award.
Eileen Gadsden, Managing Principal

Eileen Gadsden currently serves as Managing Principal of E-Region Enterprises, LLC. E-Region Enterprises is committed to helping leading and emerging small business owners to identify and develop growth strategies by examining their business processes to create a correct balance of three key dimensions; Performance, Image and Exposure. Eileen has helped hundreds of small business successfully fund new businesses and franchises.
Eileen has traveled nationally discussing the financial benefits of creating a C-Corporation and utilizing 401(k) retirement funds, tax-free and penalty-free, as equity in a new business venture. Eileen currently serves on the executive board of BDPA Philadelphia as Vice President of Strategy and Planning. Eileen also serves on the BDPA National Entrepreneurial Advisory Group and on the BDPA National Strategy and Planning Committee. Eileen holds an MBA from Penn State University in New Ventures and Entrepreneurial Studies and a BS in Business Management from St. Joseph’s University.
