Introducing the Who's Hiring Initiative on BrightFuse:

http://www.brightfuse.com/Groups/who-s-hiring-initiative

The Who’s Hiring Initiative on BrightFuse is a great way for like-minded IT Job Seekers to connect. IT professionals and students gather here to discuss everyday challenges, share solutions, and explore new career opportunities. You can participate fully in the these discussions, reply to messages, post your own questions, and get free advice from career coaches and your fellow job seekers.

Member Benefits: If you’re somebody who does not have a network connection inside a company, basically your resume is just another one in the pile.  HR recruiters and hiring managers don't want to be contacted directly by job seekers.  It's not what you know, but who you know that makes the difference. Group Members can request referrals and recommendations from volunteers who talk to HR recruiters and hiring managers each and every day.

And that's not all! Group members receive free career coaching and job seeker advice as well as an inside track to job opportunities before they are posted to job boards

To whom much is given much is expected

Member Requirements: This group is for ACTIVE, RESULTS ORIENTED job seekers willing to do what it takes to achieve their goals. You need a professional picture and a comprehensive profile to remain on this group. This is a "self help" group. To realize the full benefit of this group you must stay active by regularly posting messages that chronicle your job search experiences and responding to posts from fellow job seekers to offer advice and moral support.
