Sherrie Littlejohn, SVP, Network Services & Operations, Wells Fargo Bank

Sherrie Littlejohn leads the Network Services and Operations (NSO) group providing voice, video, wireless and data network architecture, planning, engineering, telecom expense management, and operational support for most network components within Wells Fargo. Our customers and business partners rely on the Wells Fargo network 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year to access the business systems and applications upon which our businesses are founded. That's why the primary goal of NSO, a group of over 390 team members, is to reliably, securely and efficiently connect people and businesses to the Wells Fargo community - Anytime, Anyplace, and Across Any Channel. The functional areas that make up NSO are network planning, network engineering, network operations, and telecom service delivery.
Sherrie joined Wells Fargo in July 2002. Prior to her current role, she led the Customer First! initiative where she helped define a best practices "to be" model that aligned us with Wells Fargo's business needs addressing network and security technology, procedures, and organizational areas. Prior to that, she was part of the leadership team within the Enterprise Architecture group.
With nearly 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry, Sherrie has lead efforts in voice, data, applications, systems, instrumentation, network and overall IT technology development. Sherrie was Vice President of Information Technology at Yipes Communications, a startup delivering Ethernet Capacity on Demand services. She was also Vice President of Network Engineering and Operations for SBC Long Distance, as well as CIO of the Pacific Bell messaging company (both subsidiaries of SBC Communications). She worked for SBC, formerly Pacific Bell, for 13 years in various other leadership positions. Prior to Pacific Bell, she worked for AT&T Bell Laboratories for nearly 10 years in various technology and management positions focused in voice and data networking.
Sherrie holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Xavier University, New Orleans, Louisiana and an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, Illinois. She also completed the Executive Business Program, Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
A native of New Orleans, she loves to cook, spend time with her family, play golf, read mystery novels, and travel.
