Program Overview
The Who’s Hiring Initiative is all about connecting people with jobs. We help corporations gain access to the talent pool of African American students and professionals in Information Technology; and we help students and professionals in Information Technology gain access to job opportunities from corporations, consulting companies and executive recruiters.
The Team uses “word of mouth” to find out who’s hiring and social networking tools to pass the word on hot job opportunities. Please share this information with your friends, co-workers, church members, etc so that they can help us pass the word. The key is that we must share what we know with others so we can all grow and prosper.
Background
The genesis of the Who's Hiring Team is as follows:
A study was done by the BDPA Chicago Corporate Advisory Council (CAC) from 10/30/01 to 11/15/01.
